Is it genuine?
Yes. Everything we sell is genuine, sealed and authentic. We don't repackage anything, we don't relabel it as our own formula, and we don't sell lookalikes. It's the same product you'd buy in Korea — we've just done the importing for you.
Which pack should I choose?
It all starts with the Multi Balm — the hero of the Pink PDRN range, and one glide is the whole point of it. If you're curious, a single balm is the easiest way in. What is PDRN, and what's "glass skin"?
Glass skin is the look — skin that reads clear, smooth and lit from within. PDRN is the salmon-derived ingredient behind the Pink line's reputation, prized across K-beauty for the plumped, replenished look it gives skin. Both are about appearance and feel, not treating anything.
Will it suit my skin?
The balm is designed to be gentle and is loved across most skin types, from dry and dull to normal and combination. The cushiony, hydrating finish is especially lovely if your skin tends to feel tight or looks tired by the afternoon. As with any new skincare, patch test first if your skin runs sensitive, and check with your GP if you're pregnant or breastfeeding.
Where do you ship to?
Anywhere in New Zealand and Australia, rural addresses included. Prices show in NZD, you pay in NZD, and nothing gets held at the border, so there's no customs bill waiting at the other end. We don't currently ship outside New Zealand and Australia.
Shipping, tracking & delivery
Every order ships with full tracking, so you can follow it the whole way to your door. Delivery typically takes around 5 to 8 days. Shipping is a flat $6 and completely free once you spend $80, with no extra charge for rural addresses.
