Where we ship

We ship across New Zealand and Australia. Prices are shown in NZD for New Zealand and AUD for Australia.

Rates

New Zealand: flat $6 NZD, free over $80 NZD.
Australia: flat $8 AUD, free over $80 AUD.
Free-shipping thresholds are based on your order subtotal before discounts.

Processing & delivery times

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Once dispatched, estimated delivery is:

• New Zealand: 5–8 business days
• Australia: 5–8 business days

These are estimates, not guarantees. Delivery can be affected by carrier delays, customs, public holidays and peak periods. We'll send tracking as soon as your order ships, so you can follow it the whole way.

Tracking

Every order ships with full tracking. You'll receive a link by email the moment it's on its way, and you can reach us anytime for an update.

Customs, duties & taxes

Any taxes payable are calculated at checkout where required. In the rare event a carrier applies an additional charge on delivery, contact us and we'll help you sort it out.

Incorrect addresses & failed deliveries

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can't redirect a parcel once it's dispatched, and orders returned to us due to an incorrect address or non-collection may incur a re-shipping cost.

Lost or delayed parcels

If your tracking hasn't updated or your order hasn't arrived within the expected window, email us at support@yuraskinco.com and we'll chase it with the carrier and make it right.
